This episode of RECIPE?! was inspired by some left over noodles and a head of broccoli!
In this episode I had about 2 servings of macaroni noodles in the fridge. I made a white truffle cheese sauce with left over tahini dressing, tofu, pickle juice, spices, 2 kinds of vegan cheese, and truffle oil. I also made broccoli nuggets battered in crushed cheesy vegan corn chips – similar to the cauliflower wings recipe – and then baked these on top of the mac and cheese with more cheese shreds to create individual sized casseroles!
